Similar but I did some checking around a few years back and found if I put $1M in an acount unable to touch it, just the interest I would have gotten about $60K a year (at the available interest rates). I'd probably work part time (I could never not work) and just enjoy life.

On Topic:
He has the option to get the disc replaced (unless something has changed that I'm not aware of). He has no case. If MS said you bought it you deal with it, then he would have a case. People just need to realize MS doesn't mean quality.

M$ said that they would replace it... I just don't see the point in this.. yeah, the 70 dollar thing he just bought was scratched, but if the company is going to give you a replacement then that means they are doing their part... Every time I've gotten a game that sounded like it wasn't on the holder, I went to pay for it and opened it right there with them to check. Once it happened that it was scratched but they gave me a new one... Whats the big fuss?
