Can anyone clarify my xbox concerns?

Hi, basically i've been a bit worried as for almost all my games on PC i use No-Dvd cracks and i was wondering if i signed into Xbox Live while playing with a No-Dvd crack would i be banned? as this is the last thing i want. What about DLC? what if i get them off my brother instead of buying them through the marketplace.

Also is it possible to use a Xbox 360 wireless controller with your PC?

Thanks guys, and just to confirm that i don't pirate games, i'm uploading a picture. I have many more but i only keep the newish ones on my shelf .

im not sure about the no cd windows live thing but you can use a xbox 360 wireless controller on pc if u have the wireless reciever

I think you should play it safe and just use the Cd in the drive, i mean i know it adds an extra step in order to play the game, but it's better to be safe than sorry,

i think the receiver cost like 20 dollars or something you can also just buy a cheap wired 360 controller and also use it.

Pirates use noCd cracks to play illegal copies of games, the detection of which is automated in xbox live which means if you use one (illegally or legally) then you will be automatically flagged as a pirate needing banning. Definately do not crack your live games if you intend to play them when on live. Same goes for the marketplace on the pc - if you copy/paste dlc across it is pirating that dlc and so will earn a ban.

If you use dlc on the same pc and just sign into a different account it may let you play it, it may not - this would not be illegal if you are allowed to do it.

As for the controller you can get the wireless receiver linked by joinmeindeath417 or you can try it with a plug-and-play kit lead plugged in (im not sure on the plug and play kit working. A wired 360 controller also works perfectly (which is what i use).

the play and charge kit does not work. The cord doesnt transfer any data, only power. So, you can *charge* the wireless controller on a pc, but not play with it. You will need a wired controller or the reciever for a wireless. As for cracked games, I assume you mean Games for Windows Live, not xbox live, as there are no cracks for xbox games unless you are using a modded xbox. IF you are using a modded xbox you cannot play xbox live. Been there, done that, got banned. Just dont do it. As for cracked games on Games for Windows Live, im not sure but I would figure they would use the same philosophy for cheating and pirating as they do on xbox live, so i wouldnt risk it.
