Can anyone Help me

    Hello,
    Im new to this sort of thing so if you can help me please be kind of....detailed with your descriptions....anyway..... I just bought a new computer ill list the specs after and I bought some games....Crysis being one of them.... my graphics card and everything else in the computer can handle the game just fine but the game says my CPU speed is too low.... the box for crysis says 2.8 so i looked and mine is at 2.67... (i have looked at other forums and i have tried going into my BIOS but i couldnt find FBS or any of that stuff) if anyone can help me i appreciate it please email me at ryanbran87@yahoo.com

    I need to know ur GPU. The crysis box is BS, they just assumed it needs 2.8GHz for any proc to run crysis

    Oh wait is that my Graphics card i forgot to list that I have a ATI HD Radeon 4850

    Crysis is a graphics beast, even my two 4850s have their struggle with it.

    U should be able to play crysis w/ a smooth 25fps but with no AA and what res do u game at?

    Hmmm......for me its extremely choppy almost like...5 second delay and i can see the screen change
    and thats on minimum...my resolution is at 1280x960 which is bad for my monitor is my 32" HDTV.....
    And i know its not a really good comparison but i play Left 4 Dead at complete maximums at 1920x1280 i think it is i cant remember the last onebut i have to go for now thanks again...

    I have a dual sli rig running 2 nvidia 550Ti,s even with my core i7 clocked at 3.2 it still strigles sometimes hard to beleve but true :S

    You will spend forever and all your spare money to get that game to run super smooth. Its been known for years that the game is poorly coded, and there is nothing you can do to fix that part of the equation!

    Thanks sneeky peet for the info luckily the other games i do like to play run smooth as butter i have been thinking about adding to my pc for my birthday in may but for now its probably the best pc ive had in a long long time :)
