Does this look right for two SSD's in RAID0? I haven't done enough research into this to really know how fast they should be. Cheers!

HDTune file benchmark with 3ware 9650SE-4L RAID card and two 40GB Kingston V-series in RAID0 (256k stripe size).

its wierd that the write speeds are so low.

if you try to write a large file to the array, what speed do you get then?

try copying a large download or ISO.

These are the drives with the crippled write speed's (max of about 40MB/sec I think). Not sure why they are so low, but this is an OS and app array. So I am not all that concerned about write speeds. Just wondering if the read speeds are what I should expect.

Have you installed the Raid storage manager? I installed that and my raid speeds went up from 300MB/s to 480MB/s.

Haven't installed that yet. I will give it a try.

Updated benchmark with CrystalDiskMark. Looking a lot better than it was initially.
