    CPU : INTEL 630@660
    BOARD : Ecs 915G-A
    RAM : Samsung ddr2 4200 512 * 2
    VGA : PowerColor X800GTO (400/700) 128M 256Bit

I've attached my ATITool results for my Powercolor X800GTO.

The default clock speeds are 400 GPU / 700 MEM.
    I've overclocked successfully to 420 GPU / 750 MEM.

Can the pipes be modified from 12 to 16 with my Powercolor X8000GTO PCIE video card?

just because you cant mod it doesnt mean you cant...OVERCLOCK!!!:D :D :D :D :D
Get the ATISilencer 5 and tell us how high you can get your card (remember, temps BELOW 60*C at load is what you're aiming for)
