Can this X800GT be unlocked?

I'm pretty sure it's an R423 core, just because the core doesn't say R480. However, the core doesn't have any specific markings of being an R423, nowhere on it does it say R423. So, I ran ATItool and here are the fuses I got.

I'm not an expert at all but from what I've researched lately about my X800GTO then a software mod is not going to work. Its the "6" in the CONFIG_DIE_FUSES that needs to be "F".
CONFIG_SUBSTRATE_FUSES looks OK with "F" inthe last position.
