can't boot to windows with raid enabled

    i just swapped to an intel P45 based Asus P5Q-pro and i'm trying to get my raptors back itno raid the drives are wiped but when i enable raid and set them up my comp BSOD's when loading windows...and it wont install to the drives even after adding the drives during the install? on vista 64b SP1

    try to set SATA AHCI Mode to "Disabled"

    i think the p5pro has 8 sata, two of them are controlled by a driverless chip, tri connecting them on it and set in the bios your raid

    On the intel chipsets, RAID mode automatically = AHCI! Are you overclocking during install? If so, DONT!
