I've got it sorted now.
I set the BIOS to x10 and 333, but it bumped to 400 some how.. Using that PC now

Did you download your copy of Windows 7 RC directly from Microsoft? Often times if you download the RC from other sources it ends up being a pre-release and could cause some errors.
