cant pick between 2 PSUs

CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX12V v2....

and

CORSAIR Professional Series HX650
CORSAIR Professional Series HX650 (CMPSU-650HX) 65...

i dont care about the wattage, 650w will be enough.
i dont care about the 650 being modular.

But i am looking for the PSU with the best internal components, effeciency, good cooling so its quiet.

Can you guys help out? thanks

I would take the 750w BUT the 650w has the higher quality build etc.

I think it would be best to search out some reviews. Many reviews open the PSU up to look at the componentry.. much more often than an end user would.
