Can't set PROCHOT offset

Hello, I didn't find my answer on the forum so I'm asking here.
My problem is that my prochot is set at 100° and that thanks to poor cooling, well, since the Tjunction of my i5 11400f is 100°.. I get a beautiful PC that shut off when on "heavy load" (Thanks you Intel Turbo Boost, if only you could stop a bit before U_u).
There is of course the option to set a PROCHOT Offset in ThottleStop but it's not setting it. From what I understand, Either my BIOS or another App is locking it from working correctly? (I have Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and CPUID CPU-Z MSI installed but I didn't see any setting that would interfere..). I also tried disable turbo boost and one option "Adaptative" (That should have disabled the thermal protection entirely) to no avail.

Any Idea?
I'm on Windows 11 family edition, specs:
I5 11400f
gtx3060
motherboard: MSI B560 A PRO

Thanks you.

When you see a yellow lock icon near the PROCHOT Offset setting, that means this setting is already locked, likely by the BIOS. When it is locked, PROCHOT Offset cannot be changed while you are in Windows. You would need to modify the BIOS to either unlock this or to set it to a different value.

Consider buying a better air cooler so you can run your CPU at full speed without it overheating.

Thanks for the reply, I tried contacting MSI because the option that I think is locking the functionality (CPU Over Temperature Protection) isn't visible from my bios ^^
And I will buy a new ventirad some other time (One less noisy that the stock one :p) but in any case I would still want to set that option, never really funny to have your PC shut down :p
