Can't undo overclock. Lolx

I OCd my 965 BE now im just playing with it trying to make it stock speed again but I can't o.o lol. I set all the settings back to auto and instead of stock 3.40 GHz its stuck at 3.42 GHz... weird huh? I even flashed the bios but what do you know its still 3.42GHz, I also set the settings manually to make it 3.40GHz but it still comes up at 3.42. Dafuq?

This is normal, there is a small tolerance.

Basically the FSB doesn't run at a perfect 200.0, I believe 1% is generally the acceptable tolerance for the FSB. So up to 202, yours is runing at about 201.

If you look around at your other frequencies and they are all off a little, it probably is the timing circuit (pll or crystal or hybrid) that has fluctuated/drifted from age, heat, etc..
