I use both for work. Outside of work, it would be the car.

I can use my Jeep to go get beer. I can't use my computer to do that, so it's a no-brainer. :D

Computers for me have been like life.
    I totally hate cars.
I even have a car and never used it.

Definitely computer, as long as there's an internet connection.
For the rest there's mastercard public transport.

Yes you can, buy beer online and get it delivered! :p

If you live in america then car is a must but I dunno about Taiwan. Were I live if you do not have transportation then you can't work so owning a car will GET you a computer.

@ BP : I supposed I could order it online and have it delivered from somewhere but that would be crazy expensive.

We have no public transportation here, so having a vehicle is a necessity.

Dunno I got a Scooter. Cars are too expensive here. That said I have put alot of cash into it. Racing Cylinder, Racing Exhaust etc. so still expensive. You need a vehicle to get around here so that is mine.

    I'll go with Computer.

considering you can pick up even a crappy AMD lappy at wallmart for $230, I would say car.

In reality if we woke up tomorrow without cars or without computers, I would say that we would be far more screwed without computers.

Just talked to a woman who lost a car and can't get a job to pay for a car so she can get a job. Ironically she has internet, but that's not helping at the moment.

    Car.

I haven't needed to drive my car in weeks, whereas I'd be bored as fuck all the time without my computer.
