Couldn't agree more. You definately need to change that psu. DON'T ever go cheap on a psu....never! I'd go cheap on a cpu or gpu before a psu. When you do change the psu, go with a modular, something like my corsair hx620. The lack of extra cable hanging aroud will help your airflow.

Not to sure by that picture but mabe you have the case in a tight area were the PC cannot breath to well too.
