Hey. Im going from 10.6 back to 10.5 and I was wondering if anyone has a link to download the crossfire profile for ver 10.5

I thought the profiles weren't driver dependent which is why they are releasing them seperately now. So if you find a driver you like you can just download the new profiles whenever they are released.....

I am installing drivers that were the most stable for my setup. I dont know the details, I just know it works great.

Hmmm I didn't know that. So what you are saying.... If I am using 10.3 CCC I could use all the profiles that were made afterwards?

If that is true.... I am leaving 10.6 too.

You could go back to the first driver (10.2 I think) they released with separate profiles and use the latest profile with it. That was the point of making the profiles separate, so they didn't have to release a new driver for a new game but could instead just update the profile pack.

That cool Chit! I really hate all the drivers since 10.4. The only reason I like 10.3 over 10.4 is that it seems I didn't get any tearing back on 10.3's opposed to the 10.4 is were I started noticing tearing in games.

BTW Has anyone done any comparison on the 10.3 vs. 10.6 in terms of performance. My only concern then I guess would be the loss of a few points when benching?

Ahh if you happen to know it let me know or I will just google away.

It seems like people are saying 10.6's are more powerful then the 10.3's. Although it appears that people can't get a stable bench with 10.6.

I will wait to go back to 10.3 after I see what 10.7 offers. If it's better and the tearing is gone I will stay. Otherwise 10.3 here I come
