Cloning OS Install

i like to install vista, and reformat i in a month and install it again along with all the office applications, adobe software and games. problem is they have a limited number of installs and you have to call the toll free number in order to activate the software after the limit expires. usually i format only c drive partition and leave the other partitions intact.

can i somehow install vista, install software, activate, install games, activate and the clone it to burn on a DVD, so that next time i install the OS, everything gets installed which was installed at the time of making the clone.

NOTE: i would like to clone only the drive i format which is c drive which is a 200GB partition.
