Computer Stuck at Bios

I cleared CMOS, unplugged everything, switched out the ram, tried a new power supply and replaced the cmos battery, could it be a faulty motherboard? tyty

Did you unplug everything, including external peripherals? Did you try it with just the PSU, Board/CPU, 1 stick of RAM and onboard video only?

yep, only thing on it or in it was the power cord, video cable, 1 stick of ram, and cpu, even unhooked all the usb jumper cables, lol
