Wasted a whole day trying to get this thing to coool my 940be at 3.6g.
Too noisy on medium fan and a total nightmare on full.
Shame really, looks really nice installed.

For users with coolermastet haf, be prepaired to loose the side fan.
I guess its the same for peeps with a coolermaster-s.

Anyway, im back using my old favourite Zalman 9700 led. And it coooool.

One more thing. Hqs anyone ever managed to get the coolit alc to read 20+ on the coolant like it says on the box????

Total waste of a fine sunday. Could have been playing iracer. Lol.

Maybe ya messed up the paste on install easy to do, ya could try lapping your cpu too. I've had nice luck on cooling with it. Most of the time it reads 31C and at heavy load 45C.

Thraxed, is that on full fan???

I trued all modes but they all failed with very high temp 59+
with prime95.

With my old zalman running at 2000 rpm i can run prime at 3.7g for 5 mins.

The coolit had a fit.

Its going back tp the store and ill get a voucher for a proper water block.

I always waste time on these type of products ratjhet than going for the real deal.

Don't know where to start tho guys:banghead:

So many blocks out there to choose from and i want to cool my GTX295 (too loud on full air).

i don't mind a slight hum, but after spending £300 pounds I want a faster CPU/GPU configuration with as little sound as possible:

My RIG:

CoolerMaster Haf (full tower case) - room for a 3 way rad at top+resevrouir.
940BE (want to oc to 4.0G
GTX295 (want to OC to 800x1500x1250 - I know its possible on H2o)

Tell me what to buy and ill get it.

Help needed.
