Copy Virtual XP to another machine with other use possible? (XP Mode)

i know it's possible to copy/move a Virtual XP running Windows XP Mode to another machine what about if i got a different user on the machine i need it, to run off?

well usually the User is inside the VM OS , if it´s win -> win and you mean the fileowner , then you might need to change it
else i see no reason why it should not run on other machine

EDIT: just make shure that the user on other machine has the rights to start VM Software
