    I am looking to buy a Core i5 750 outright or possible do a trade+cash. I can trade a i3 530 and/or a 500GB SATA HDD towards the i5.

    Just to throw it out there, you can get an ASRock P55 Deluxe with a 750 here.

    With some patience I think you should be able to find one around $150.

    You could buy both and sell the board (goes for $155 on Newegg), then come out having gotten a 750 for $150 or less.
