Corsair Air 240 Question

I'm going to build a gaming PC based off of the one corsair made here.

They did push pull with an h100i but I'm using the H100i gtx. The problem is when the fans are blowing the warm air out of the rad, it is surrounding the GPU and the GPU im using is the 980 with the blower. Despite the rads blowing the warm air on the GPUs, will it be ok because Corsair made the build

My monthly limit gets chewed through way too quick.

Been running a loop in the front of my AIR 240 since it came out. GPU does not suffer.
