From yesterday morning my CPU makes a loud noise for a few seconds and after that it goes to its regular, and this morning did the same, it happens when it starts up from cold. I also noticed to happen after the temps in my room had dropped at night low around 0C temp, when the temps in my room were higher around 10C at night there was no such noise upon startup in the morning, do you think it's from the cold winter? Could the motor of the Fan be a bit frozen and needs some time to kick in? Also the PC is just a month old so pretty new, I don't think dust could get that quick in the fan for just a month. Though it has warranty so I could give it back for a check.
