Yes post a screenshot with HDsentinel, you can download a copy here for free.

This is an very old SSD, you better backup and buy a new one before you loose data.
You clearly can see this SSD is used up and you have to renew ASAP. Only around 8 percent life left.

Benchmark Scores (My Windows daily driver is a Beelink Mini S12. I'm not interested in benchmarking.)
CrystalDiskinfo like all PC hardware monitoring programs occasionally displays incorrect results. On a couple of my drives, CrystalDiskinfo reports the wrong drive health score as well.

Your best bet would be to use the disk utility from the drive manufacturer. The first party utilities have a much higher chance of parsing the sensor data correctly.

But as said, backup that thing ASAP while it's still going, after that you can do anything you want with it with any utility. HD Sentinel or Samsung Magican will do just fine.

There is some research regarding SSD's where their TBW is tested and most of them outlived their TBW by a fair chunk, not saying you should just keep going when you are close to the TBW recommended limit but somewhat reassuring. But ultimately that data if is important and you can't change the drive straight away try and sync with the cloud or do a quick robocopy script as a scheduled task to take frequent backups to an external drive.
