    Question guys, (gals?)

Been getting a shell pop-up that is appearing and disappearing very quickly for the last week or so, from what I have managed to read, it would appear to say something about debugging.

Avast, adaware and spybot make me think it is not a virus, any advice on a program or someway of monitoring system to try and ascertain what is popping the pop up :)

    Any advice?

You've got to give us more.

Debugging can refer to anything from a start-up script that is broken, but which does not prevent boot, all the way to a slowly degrading OS caused by HDD failure.

While this is a tech forum, magic cannot be worked without proper tools and information.

Thanks for the advice Viper, a check showed some errors from Akamai NetSession Interface, un-installed and no more pop ups, guess it had got corrupted.

    But all seems fixed now.
