Now if only Russia could revive their own livelihood. Which will never happen as long as Putin is in power. D:

Still proud to be Russian! Slava

I think its a little bit more than just luck. This didn't just happen on its own.

"But the Russians’ extraordinary report is likely to provoke calls for more proof. “It’s beyond the bounds of what we’d expect,” said Alastair Murdoch, an expert on seed viability at the University of Reading in England. When poppy seeds are kept at minus 7 degrees Celsius, the temperature the Russians reported for the campions, after only 160 years just 2 percent of the seeds will be able to germinate, Dr. Murdoch noted."

One day aliens or advanced humans will revive humankind and history can start all over again. Intelligence and technology will win.

Well what i dread is if the could make it grow i surly hope it don't get introduced to days eco system.

This is no poppy seed and is some thing that needs to be handled carefully as if your info is right we have no frigging idea of this plant as we don't have an thing that could stand that time.

    Sci-fi

You 've seen aliens too I suppose? Or just many sci-fi movies? If so, dreaming is nice but you have to wake up and face the reality. We 're alone in universe. The only kind having flesh and intelligence...

Thinking that we are alone is foolish, how we got here could be how some thing else got some were else.

As you don't know how we got here so you can only presume.

No one can say this for sure. Universe is not a small place after all. And maybe there are other universes. Yes maybe Earth and humans are unique and all but there's nothing way too special about this. There are other systems and galaxy clusters. No physical law can rule out the possibility of other forms of intelligence and life in the universe. We are alone atm but this is only because we can't travel faster than light and ain't too advanced to see the rest of the universe.
