Dead Space sluggish mouse fix?

I found that lots of people also had issues with this game's mouse sensitivity. Im in process of reinstalling... Do we have a fix for this?

I found it to only be an issue in the menus, so I lived with it.

...well i wouldnt bother touching the game the way it is before i turn off vsync

This seems like ggz but that interface (mouse lag) scared me off but Ill try your fix.
