comes with Netbook itself, a generic charger, and the extended 9 cell battery. (as shown in first picture) battery holds a good charge.
IMPORTANT - The OEM CD key will remain attached on the back, HOWEVER the hard disk will be wiped clean. you will have to install the operating system of your choice via external drive or an usb flash drive.
