HOpefully for me D2 costed only electricity bill for my parents, when i played it for 8h+ a day,was little bit scared about myself for me it was like ilness.but i got over it when i started to go in highschool and found girfriend.but now i starting to think that it will come back when D3 enters my life.And I will loose not all I got but even myself.Because D3 will be simply Badass game.
Edit:
I didnt finish higschool because of internet that came in my life on second year i learned for 3.5years on Programmist and that all gone to recycle bin.And after that I moved to UK.And started normal life.

But it's just my thoughts.

i just found diablo II to be completely addictive. its why i avoid MMO's completely - repetition bores me, but when i did get hooked this once, i was hooked so far the line came out my ass and i ate the hook again.

can't wait for blizzcon.i think i will watch online like I did last year and someone will get some wow stuff as a present like last year from me.

really though, what kind of comment is that?

addiction is a chemical dependence for reward through whatever way you found gives it to you the best. it's severity can wane but you can be addicted to everything from mcdonalds to cheese to coffee to ... heroin. it's the way our physiology operates - it's kinda naive and arrogant to think you can control that.

just because you have never ran into anything you got stuck on - doesn't mean it's not possible . and you can be in perfect control and limit yourself and be healthy - but that in no way means you are not addicted. and i for one can promise, after my last two experiences with Diablo - I will for sure be addicted.

agreed, i wont do that either.

I'm hoping it will turn out like other MMO's lately - the core game is free, but you gotta pay a subscription for fancy features like starting/running a guild.
