they only require minimum 24amps on the 12v rail thats for my gtx460 that is and i got 30amps on 12v rail.

It's a fairly powerful card but obviously I can see it's not THAT powerful cos it does struggle sometimes

Yes it is "THAT" powerful, its in the top 5 of Nvidia's fastest cards.

Remember you've got a processor bottleneck, the E6600 came out over 4 years ago (As did your GeForce 7950GT) so its only normal that you will not get the full experience out of the GTX460 1GB which I mentioned a few times in one of your previous threads. Crysis and BFC2 are known to run best on mediocre quadcores and better. Although you'll see a huge jump in performance and max out most games, do not think what you are currently seeing is all that the GTX460 1GB has to offer.
