hi, sorry to dig up old thread..

    i have a Q..

i'v disable those application this thread had said, but how come my boot up speed becomes slower?

i'v been using bootTimer to measure my boot up speed..

    before disable - 31-33sec
    after disable - 35-40sec..

i would like to know why is this so?

    thanks in advance

Erm it might be just random but it could be that xp is turning on these programs anyway when you boot up.
