Which requires you to buy games you already own. I'd rather pirate them tbh, unless I was a rich bastard and the game was more than good.

Anyway Universe at War threw me off. That's a new game.

Well you get DRM free copies of the games. Maybe between you and your best bud you can afford $2 for a game and share each other's floppy disks.

$9.99 piles up if you have tons of old games. One game is not expensive, and GOG is good and all, but to buy all my games there just to get them DRM free? We're talking hundreds of dollars, and as I already own the games...

Still. There is no good way to get those games to work on a new PC unless you're very familiar with DOSbox or other programming. If you pirate them they are probably the DRM free version from GOG anyway. But screw pirated games man. You're just asking for a virus.

If you're worried about spending too much money on them just wait for a sale. Often those older games have -80% off sales

Not an issue for the most part with decent antivirus.

A surprising number of games actually work, but the biggest compatibility issue is 64bit vs 32bit. I've been an avid Dosbox user since time long gone. ;)

lets wait for you to make sense
