Constructive Threads abound on TPU...but I don't think some for fun ever really hurts. :D

To the mods...I don't think your nazis...maybe fascist, but not necessarily nazis :p

No not you, but i've encountered a few moderators who are complete jerks and don't contribute anything useful towards the community but hatred.

Moderators are regulated, and are trained to keep users (like you for example), regulated. The process of regulation is transparent to the entire moderator staff, so we don't have worry about "constructive" feedback such as this.

Yes it is, trying to come up with a solution to deal with bad moderators is pretty constructive IMO ;)

There are no bad moderators here. You are making some pretty bold statements for someone who just registered here this month. But I'd love to hear you out. Do you have any specific complaints, or are you satisfied with making a broad generalized statement?

If you have an issue with a moderator, send a PM to a senior mod. This thread is really a load of crap and boardering on flaming. It always irritates me when I hear this stuff. We volunteer our time to preserve peace in a community we care about. We are not paid or compensated for our positions.

I love TPU yes, the mods however are good craic and don't exactly seem to be nazis. They'll happily correct you if you make a mistake but there's no superiority issue with them, I may have had perhaps one post edited by a mod the entire time I've been here and no infractions (1k in posts and one thing bordering on a bollocking, not bad).
@Freak, who's Unclewebb or BaGGZLash, come to think of it who's this W1zzard character everyone talks about?

No offence odameyer, but you've not even been a member of TPU for a month yet and you are already tagging people as Nazi's? Really not the best way to go about a problem you may have. Even though I have my disagreeables with how TPU can be, it is by fair one of the best, if not the best forum I am apart of.

There isn't any need to repeat what has already been said, it should be standard practise. The forum rules/t&c's are there for a reason, not to be ignored.

I love TPU. And I don't think of the mods as Nazis... thats a bit of a harsh statement there. The mods do a very fine job, aren't military strict, yet handle the forums well. Its a nice place, don't spoil it with comments like that. Its called rude.

Apparently one of Mr. Odameyer's For Sale threads was closed/deleted for not following the rules. The buy/sell/trade forum is strictly moderated to help protect buyers and sellers. While being branded a "nazi" by one individual, the moderator ended up being a hero for potentially several others. Life moves on...

    The moderators can't be nazis.
Tying your shoes in little moderators, just doesn't make any sense.

Just like this thread, I might add.
