Almost a year ago i have bought Q6600 cpu from nosboost300 for 125$. He has been lying since then about shipping it out and some unknown delays. Anyway, i contacted him and he told that he will refund money and he sent me 35$ instead of 125$. Since then he haven't responded to my messages.

Yeah if you used PayPal you can start a dispute but that's as far as my knowledge goes as I'm still new to PayPal and I've never done a dispute :/

Have you reported this to the mods here?

They can at least suspend his account and give you some help/advice if he still refuses to act apropriately.

A good idea then would be to get lots of picture based proof, sign up to those sites and spread the word to other members to warn them.

1 thing to do now drive to bellflower california find him punch him in the mouth. If he starts bleeding throw the $35 on the ground were he's laying and tell him to get cleaned up and casually walk away.
