Is it just me or it needs some SERIOUS updating? I know that most people dont use it, but i was looking for a tool to flash my board bios (stupid board cant do it from thumb drive & floppy drive is broken) and just noticed that some programs go back till 2006 :eek:

The download section could use a complete facelift, but W1zz is busy and I'm not sure it's worth it to him or TPU in general.

EDIT: on a serious note, the interface is just right. nothing fancy but works properly. I just noticed that

A) Some software that could actually be used is not updated

Ex: Foxit, Openoffice (who would download it from here though :ohwell:

)

B) Some of it it's for things that are not going to be used anymore (ATITool)

C) Some of the things that are actually useful to the people who visit the forum (overclocker, modders, etc) is not updated (EVGA tuner, speedfan, etc)

TPU is not a download site like FilePlanet or whatever.
Most of what people want are the latest version of the TPU exclusive software or BIOSes.
They are not really looking here for anything else.

I personally Google for files I need, and TPU is rarely one of the sites that pop up unless, as Kreij said, it's TPU exclusive software.
