So here's the situation. I work in air traffic management as some of you may know. Now I've been doing this since a year and a half or so. Past few months I attended, with a couple of other colleagues, an advanced training. Meaning: More stuff do to, more responsibility, more change and of course, more money. Now, tomorrow (or better today in exactly eight hours and 18 minutes) is my final exam. Now if I screw this up, it's bye bye ATM for MRCL. That's right, if you don't pass, they kick you. They eventually give you a second chance, but if you screw up the first time, it's highly likely you don't make it the second time either.

So please guys, wish me some luck that I pass that exam:ohwell: My friggin future depends on this:banghead:

Right now, I'm calmer than the meaning of calm itself. But ask me eight hours from now again... I am so buying something nice if I pass.

If I sleep more than usual before an exam, its contraproductive... solig 5-6 hours is more than enough.

hm, i can't sleep at all sometimes and the other day i'm hyperactive till noon, then i crash in my bed...

what amuses me the most is when i get hungry when i'm out biking (check out the piece of hardware that i want link in my sig, that's equipment for biking i do) is that i do things insanely fast till i get something to eat...

    we tpu-ers are weird people...

Don't take this the wrong way MRCL, but I wish you NO LUCK at all. I dont want any Air Traffic controllers or managers living off luck.

If you pass because of aptitude, knowledge and attention, then you DESERVE to get your certification and work in the field. If you pass on luck alone, I dont want to fly in your airspace.

IIRC it was a DHL cargo and a passenger plane that came down due to air traffic control fail. At no point can we rely on luck, statistics and improbability of collision to argue against having 110% trained professionals.

You will receive my congratulations when you pass, or my commiserations if you dont. :toast:
