How do I know if "aero" is enabled in Vista ultimate?

As long as your gfx can handle it, it should be automatically turned on. That's how it was with my home premium, and vista has everything home premium has and more.

right-click desktop ,highlight properties,look under apperarance - and check which theme is enabled

I still cant seem to get the cool aero window flipping effect going.
The window frames are translucent and cool looking.

its the window key and tab. to do the windows flipping.
