Recently Ive tried to overclock my card in CCC overdrive but next day I set back the values to default. Since then Ive been getting this message occasionally while browsing the net or starting a game. Right before this message, the screen freezes, the screen goes black for two seconds and after it appears, in tray menu a get another message that Amd driver stopped responding and has recovered. I also uninstalled drivers with Driver sweeper and cleaned the registry with CC cleaner.

The dxgi message also says: MP Swapchain - set fullscreen state(full screen mode, null). or sometimes: static_cast(texture 2d mp managed get sli flag.....
