ECS Golden Board Z77H2-AX LGA 1155

I am not.Multimeter shows 1.371V and gpu-z shows 1.356V .This is similar to my another two motherboards

only in the BIOS you have a bad reading but in bios CPU is not at full clock and Vcore is lower than you set.

1.36V is 1.392V here (CPUZ)
I will test the full potential once my new case will arrive and ill connect the WC system to it
