Ok so i sent my mobo in to ecs for rma and they are telling my i need to send $15 for repair because the IDE pin is missing or some bull shit like that.

The reason i sent it in was the agp slot burnt out! and now they want $15 to fix something that i don't see anything wrong with.

here is the pic they sent me -> The high res pic

SO i will prolly end up paying it but do you people see a broken pin or somethig wrong with the ide port?

Looks like the plastic piece is broken in the corner.
I do not see a pin missing though.

Its convenient how they put a red arrow over the missing pin, maybe its hiding under it lol, that broken plastic wouldnt cause any issues though.

Who did you get it from? Maybe they are just trying to cover there admin costs for rma'ing the whole board to their suppliers?

If the agp slot is burnt to buggery then it will most likely be a new mobo as its probs cheaper than fixing it!
