Its 39 today.......still gonna wait.
Hey guys i'm working on a mod to to lower weights of stuff like leather and pelts.
I'm wondering though what is Skyrim's weight system? pounds, Kg etc.?
I also want to make gold ore and gold ingots close to the real world value in USD.
I don't think there is a compaison for Skyrim's weight system.
It's just a method used to encumber you when you carry a lot, so the weight are basically arbitrary.
glass bottles for potions make them seem too light, and the bones and scales seem too heavy.
Need a mod for shooting flames out the eyes, dual wield and flames.
Lol i guess
Well i got it so now my new ore and Ingots are in the game but I'm trying to get it so all the gold ore veins have a chance for them to appear.
I also found a awesome place type in game " coc warehousecrafting "
Daedric Two Handed Dao blade nearly complete need to complete the Hilt / grip etc
more detail work on the handle leather grip and hilt
Nice tho can you purty-up the hilt a bit?
weapons more about functional then form i might remove the Daedric letter, havent really decided yet. but do to the nature of my textures i can easily change the extra features
Final Release version I will probably go back to a simple dark brown leather grip with no lettering, simple but effective, as the weapon itself shows, it was ment for hacking off limbs and was used 1 or 2 handed by shock troops
Total Length roughly 4 feet.
Simply put wrigleyvillain you wont see any insane items from me, heres why: I HATE DOING TEXTURE WORK, I remember now why i stopped modding, i simply hate doing textures, Insane more dressed up decorative items take more time to texture, thus not gonna happen,
That said once i finalize the Dadao above ill move on to the below weapon
It will be simplified with a shortened haft, to better fit the Axe template, mostly because Skyrim dosent like spears etc, aka no animations for them, regardless Ill make it work in some fashion.
after the above ill move onto
actually spears have been confirmed and are coming
link? untill it happens i wont hold my breath lol but if it does ill model and get the full version ready from the get go, and just use the animations from upcoming DLC,
I read a long time ago that 2 units in the elder scrolls equals one pound. I don't know if this is still true for skyrim, google doesn't give me much.
I saw this Skyrim game jam yesterday and it looks pretty rad
Although I wonder why it wasn't in the game to start with
Somethings like dragon riding and horseback combat seemed like obvious inclusions
I'm looking forward to horseback combat at least for archery. My character shoots arrows from a distance, it makes little sense having to unmount my horse to shoot an arrow
I haven't played this game for a while now, but the patches that keep coming etc. is making my time away from my second life worth it lol.
LOL what do you expect, its Fallout 3, new vegas, oblivion all rolled into one!
Replaces static mesh objects aka tables, Barrels Potatoes, cabbages etc with better meshes and textures, note due to polygon density may cause slow down on lesser machines, also fixes UV aka texture map layout issues where theres seams that cause noticeable blurring
hmm... I actually like the Skyrim 3d better... his looks like almost polished or sanded wood, the S-HD look more rough-hewn... Still, thanks
Now, where is all this tessellation we were supposed to be using and needing all that hardware for?
After patching, without the Skyrim HD pack from steam and all, I'm only using between 40-60% of my GPU to render 60FPS. Now I need more textures!!!!
well then start with the mod above steevo increases poly count on most useless junk and uses both Skyrim HD and the new High Res texture packs from bethesda both to improve static meshes, should cause a bit more strain on your gpu
So ... I'm plodding along happily with the CK and I hit a mannequin problem.
When I drop a "MannequinActivateTrig" onto the render screen, it
a) is mising the "Primitive" tab (which contains the player activated checkbox) when you go into edit, and
b) it does not show in the render (perhaps because of #1)
Nevermind, they just updated the wiki to show how to do it. I guess you can't drop a mannequin trigger from the object lists.
Anyone else fooling around with mannequins?
It looks like he is most known for and had the largest mark on Fallout 3 but...

My g-d. I'm sad to see a brother in arms (artist) has passed. I am really sad. His style and concept is something I have always admired. I hope hes found peace and his family is at peace with his passing to that vault in the sky.
