    you get those when a critical system process dies, and your system self destructs.

    you make it sound worse than it really is, liking the mobo has gone thermo nuclear or something :laugh:!!

    Anyhow, for some reason a system process was terminated that is required for WIN to run. To prevent system instability or possible data corruption/loss, WIN halts itself and immediately goes into Shut Down mode, and you're given about a minute to save any open information.

    If it keeps happening, you'll have to dig into the system to see what's causing the problem

    Yeah normaly when some goes wrong which is critical. If i ever have a problem shutting down a PC i start shutting down the services which courses this and forces the PC to shutdown.

    rofl thats what shows up when you shut down a PC through the dos box are you on a network?

    well its a dos attack we learned how to do those at school last year its really quite simple
