I can get all sorts of sizes of thermal pads from a little UK shop and there are some UK sellers with some on ebay. You need to know the thickness of thermal pad first. Commonly 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm. Also, double check that the stuff you're buying isn't thermal adhesive pads. They're cheaper, but you really don't want to use them

Yup, they're thermal pads. And as has been mentioned already, avoid thermal adhesive pads.
