yea its filtered to only show errors and warnings, that was the day that i learned the latest stable driver for CF 6870 is 12.10 with 12.8's atiumd64.dll.
the only thing that shows up now is this
    Code:
    Event filter with query
"SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA
    "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99"
could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003.
Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected

Looks like you're having the same problem that Batou1986 mentioned. Try using older graphics drivers (12.8 specifically).

The 12.10 drivers are the latest stable for the 58xx/68xx series download those install them.
After that reboot and start in safe mode, go to C: \ Windows \ system32 \ replace the atiumd64.dll with this one
