    Yes fans are controllable by changing the voltage. The 3rd pin on the wire is for speed feedback to the mobo.

    all fans are speed controllable. some just dont like it, and click/make funny noises.

    Every scythe fan i've ever used has always clicked when on a fan controller.

    It's perfect! I needed 6 and it comes in black too! Where do I get it though? I'm in Australia.

    I see you have the Cm case too, is it good?
