Fans stop spinning when windows loads 3850

As soon as my computer gets to the windows loading screen the fans on my accelero twin turbo stop, they stay stopped regardless of GPU activity.

That is with the 4 pin fan cable being plugged into the graphics card, for now I've got it plugged into molex, but how can I get it working properly?

A wild guess: The GPU is cool enough with the heatsink and tells teh fan to stop spinning?

Edit the bios. I think thats what this is for. I'd check with BAGZZlash first though i maybe mistaken.

I don't have 4 series card so don't have that option.

As for it not being hot enough, the fans should spin 20% speed when 0-20 c and I idle 33 on idle. (stock speed)

I had the cards really over clocked and the colours started to go funny that's why I checked the fans.
