features of graphic cards

    hi. i wondering what the meaning of all the features like:
    ROPs
    Pixel
    Vertex Shaders Features
    DX9.0
    PS2.0
    VS2.0

    what are the doing and can i OC them?

    No, you can't clock none of them, but you can read what is:
