maybe late may to visit my girl over summer break.

but yeah the WD 500 for 65 is a pretty good deal and it lasts till the 14th so if i dont get a better deal by then ill probably snag one up. Right now im winning an auction on a okay deal on ebay for 640. So well see what happens.

Guys, thinking about pulling the trigger on 6GB's of this stuff for $500. Would you do it or am I crazy?

Just to clarify, a guy at EVGA is selling a 6GB kit for $500. Not sure if I should wait though because the 890FX isn't out yet and I don't have a DDR3 board yet.

Yes, but I will probably buy another 2GB in the future for a total of 8GB. The guy is selling a 6GB kit though and normally the sticks are $200 each. Like I said the 890FX boards are out and those are what the ram will go it, so I am wondering if these ram sticks are going to come down in price anytime soon.
