Flash my POV GeForce with EVGA?

Hi, I have a POV GeForce 7300GT 512MB Turbo Cache PCI-Express with bios version 5.73.22.51.02 and wanna flash to fix my problem... all the time i go play any game, my geforce after some time stop work and i need to reboot my pc... but the only bios version i can find is this:

no one is point off view... one is evga and the 2 others is nvidia... i can install this bios in my graphic card?

return the card to POV and they will no doubt send you a 8400GS or something like that as a replacement

Sounds like your card is trying to reset VPU due to overheating and/or instability. How long have you had it? If it's recent enough to be covered, then Acid has a good point for RMA/Return. Hard saying if those bioses will match your card or not...that TurboCache title is a garbage title, it describes slower memory iirc, that or the ability to use some of your RAM when it's buffer runs out, but at the 7300's speed I don't really think you'd notice the slow-down too badly...

I would steer away from other Bioses that may not necessarily match your card's, has to be pretty close to exact...and if you do a bad flash and don't know how to blind flash or have a PCI card to help you re-flash the 7300, you just made a paper-weight in mere seconds.
