Flashing from Mining Bios to Original Bios Issues

Hi everyone. I recently sold my build, as I am moving out of state, so I decided to use my old build that has a modded GPU Bios. It's a Dell rx 580. I have done this before, a while ago mind you, but this time after running the AMDVBFlashDriverInstaller, when I try to run the amdvbflash file (I will post pictures) a blank terminal screen pops up. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or what? Any and all help is appreciated.
