When you put Bart Decrem, and a small team of programmers together, of which some are former Mozilla Foundation members (including Decrem), something good is bound to happen. These guys brought us Firefox, and based upon that same browser they are bringing us the future in a Web 2.0 browser called Flock.
This October should see the first beta of Flock, the "social browser" that understands that "Web 2.0 is a stream of events, people and connections." Flock will be open source and cater to the power-browser. Can you say Greasemonkey ?
