from what i gather it's overall manufacturing quality is better. a lot of the stuff being said about for example it's sensitivity settings are not true. you can change it's sensitivity on the fly, you don't need to plug it into a computer.

truthfully i can't find a whole ton of info on either of them, which is what is making the decision so hard.

Im in the same boat as you. I would want to see a LOT more info on either of these before purchase.
